This is an independent advisory service, not a tour operator activity. Marco does not sell packages or handle payments for third parties. Instead, you receive a structured plan and clear suggestions, and you then manage bookings directly with the providers you choose.

Simple and transparent process

  1. Inquiry: You start by sending a short message describing your travel period, interests, and experience level in Iceland.
  2. Questionnaire: Marco replies with a short questionnaire to clarify your priorities, such as photography, hiking, volcanology, and how you like to travel.
  3. Quotation and confirmation: Based on your answers, Marco outlines the scope of the consultation and sends you a clear quotation with the total fee and what is included. Once you confirm that you are happy with the proposal, he shares payment instructions and schedules the work.
  4. Consultation: If needed, you have a one hour Zoom or Google Meet call to refine the plan and address specific questions. For some travelers, the process can be handled entirely in writing by email.
  5. Delivery: You receive a PDF or detailed email report summarizing your itinerary, daily structure, recommendations, and practical notes such as timing, safety considerations, and logistics.

Each consultation is private, personalized, and includes follow-up support by email for clarifications before your trip.

Travel Across Iceland’s Key Regions

Trip planning is available for all regions of Iceland, including the South Coast, Snæfellsnes Peninsula, Highlands, Westfjords, and volcanic zones.
Plans can cover both summer and winter seasons, accounting for road access, light conditions, and seasonal hazards. Specialized advice is available for photographers, filmmakers, an

d scientific travelers, integrating field awareness and visual opportunities.
You can also request guidance for extended travel through Iceland and selected volcanic regions abroad, such as Etna and Stromboli.

I don’t sell or resell travel services, handle bookings, take payments for third-party suppliers, or pass personal data to them.
All bookings are made directly by you with the providers you select.

This structure keeps the service compliant with Icelandic and EU tourism regulations, avoiding “linked travel arrangement” facilitation under the Ferðamálastofa framework.
When itineraries require booked arrangements, I can recommend licensed partner travel agencies to handle them.
